Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 31, 2026
This policy explains what information Freedom Digital LLC (“we,” “us”) collects when you visit this website or buy our products, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of support requests.
Purchases. Purchases are completed on third-party store platforms, not on this website. Those platforms collect and process your payment and order details under their own privacy policies. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We may receive limited order information from the platform, such as your name, email address, and the product you bought, so that we can deliver the product and provide support.
Automatic information. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors find us. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to recognize a browser with a random identifier rather than your name or email address. According to Google, Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (for example, IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and running.
Cookies and your choices
Analytics cookies are optional. We only turn on Google Analytics if you choose Accept when asked, and you can choose Decline instead. We save your choice in your browser so we do not ask you every time, and you can change it at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page. The cookies we use are for analytics only, and we do not use cookies to show you advertising. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the website will still work. You can install Google’s Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on as well.
How we use information
- To respond to your questions and provide support
- To deliver products and handle refund or replacement requests
- To keep the website secure and working properly, and to understand how it is used so we can improve it
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as website hosting, analytics from Google, email, and store platforms), and when required by law or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including any period we are required to keep business records.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of storing or transmitting information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Links to other sites
This website links to third-party stores and may link to other sites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them. Our apps, such as Chalkfolio, have their own privacy policies, which apply to the app. For Chalkfolio, see its Privacy Policy.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can contact us to ask what information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. We may need to keep some information where the law requires us to.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
